The concept behind The Very Round Robin Tour as simple as it is endearing and is by no stretch a new idea, but rather almost as old as the idea of a music show itself.

We bring together 3 to 4 wonderful artists on stage and piece together an old style music show sharing music and stories, harmonies and talents, each artist playing their own songs and each others and giving the audience the unique opportunity to see an intimate display of talents and experiences between musical peers sharing the stage at one time.

The Very Round Robin kicked off in May 2015 with a tour with Declan O'Rourke, Roesy and The Young Folk. What unfolded was something very simple and very magical.

The 2nd Very Round Robin show was June 2015 with Colm Mac con Iomaire, Roesy and Old Hannah.

Though The Very Round Robin will be very much Irish based at its heart, keep an eye on the Turning Pirate site and social networkings sites for news of collaborations in Germany, France and Australia soon as well as more Very Round Robin's coming up in Ireland later in 2015.
